What are your bandanas made of?
Our bandanas are made using 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. They’re screen printed from Felix’s hand drawn designs using water-based pigments that are super colour fast and won’t fade in the wash. We’ll also never use plastic or harmful chemicals in our dyes, meaning they are kinder to you and the environment.
How do I wash my bandana?
To extend the life of your scarf, you can machine wash at 20 degrees or hand wash, using a mild detergent. This will keep your bandana fresh and looking like new for years to come!

Do you ship internationally?
Sure! We offer international shipping for our bandanas and love seeing our bandanas being worn across the world. Rates and delivery times depend on your location and are displayed at checkout.

When are orders shipped?
We ship normally twice a week, on a Wednesday or Saturday so your bandana will be in the post within 2-3 working days!
What is your returns policy?
We will happily accept returns or exchanges for unused bandanas purchased online within 30 days of purchase. Our lovely stockists will have individual returns policies.
To be able to return or exchange, the bandana must be returned in an unused state and within its original packaging. We cannot exchange or refund any scarves that show signs of wear or damage after purchase.

Unfortunately, as we are a small business and we subsidise international postage costs, customers will need to organise postage for their return or take it to our Spitalfields outlet in London.
